Join flow club to practice mindful movement using hula hoops, dancing ribbons, and dragon staff. "Flow" is using movement to express creativity and emotions, while holding a safe space for others to express themselves how they choose. We will practice yoga, listen to music, and dance with free movement either in the gym or outside with nature.
*If you take advantage of our free and reduced rates, note ECS will cross-reference your eligibility with our current Free and Reduced roster. If you are not on the roster or eligible, you may not be able to participate in our clubs without submitting the fee.
**No family will be turned away due to limited resources and may qualify for a discounted fee if your student receives free or reduced lunch.
