This form is for the Transportation fee only for the following ski/snowboard trips on 1/26, 2/9, 2/16 (all trips depart at 12pm and return at 9pm); Epic pass or Slope Days pass must be purchased separately, links below.
ECS Ski Club is ready to get up and running, and our first event is an information and registration session on Tuesday, November 21, from 6-6:30 pm in the Middle School Cafeteria.

Refund Information:
Slope-Days Refund Information: If the Hidden Valley is closed or the Hidden Valley needs to cancel a program date for any reason, a makeup day will be scheduled. If the Hidden Valley unable to offer a makeup day, a refund will be issued for the canceled day only.
Transportation Refund Information: There will be no refunds of the transportation fee if ECS cancels the program dates. ECS will work with the transportation company, W.L. Roegnik, in the event of a cancellation without a make-up date, but refunds are not guaranteed.
No refund will be issued if a student cannot participate on any given ski club day regardless of the reason.

1. Determine your eligibility for a reduced club fee based on the "Child Nutrition Programs: Income Eligibility Guidelines (2023-2024)" info-graph below. If you have TANF or SNAP you may also qualify for a extra-reduced tuition fee.
2. Sign in or sign up for Jumbula (by clicking the express registration button below), and select your "Tuition" as either "qualifies for Reduced meals" or "or qualifies for Free meals" based on the income guidelines.
How do students qualify for reduced-price?
Students from families with incomes at or below 130% of the poverty level, and children in families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and children in families receiving food stamp benefits are eligible for extra-reduced ECS ski club fees. Students in families whose income is between 130% and 185% of the poverty level are eligible for a reduced price ECS ski club fee.
For example, if you are a family of 4 and make $50,000 annually, you would be considered "Reduced Priced Meals" and be eligible for a reduced transportation fee under these guidelines; if you are a family of 4 and make $36,000 annually, you would be considered "Free Meals" or have an extra reduced transportation fee.
